Banana Nutella crepes

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 250 gr (8.81 oz) all purpose flour
  • 1/2 liter (17.63 oz) milk
  • 40 gr (1.41 oz) butter
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Nutella
  • powdered sugar
  • 2 bananas sliced

In a large bowl mix the flour with milk, vanilla and salt into a bowl.

Beat the eggs separately and add to the flour, then beat well until smooth. The batter should be the consistency of light cream. Cover and let stand at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before using.

Melt the butter and add it to batter, then heat a well greased 6-inch skillet.

Add 1/4 cup batter. Tip skillet from side to side until batter covers bottom. Cook until the bottom is golden brown, turn and remove to a plate. Repeat with remaining batter.

Spread a thin layer of Nutella spread onto crepe and place banana slices down the center.

Roll or fold crepe. Just before serving top with Nutella and powdered sugar.
